Arwa Al Hajji

Arwa Al-Hajji is a strategy and management consulting professional with extensive experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across government, public sector, and non-profit organizations. She has worked closely with senior stakeholders on operating models, organizational structures, KPIs, impact studies, and execution frameworks. Her background includes multiple engagements with McKinsey & Company and Elixir Management Consultancy, as well as leadership roles in consulting firms delivering strategy and implementation projects across Saudi Arabia. Arwa holds an MBA from the American University and is currently a DBA candidate at Université de Bordeaux, combining strong academic grounding with hands-on execution experience.
